In a strange tribute to harvest festivals of long ago, I found this gigantic pumpkin stranded in the Cologne train station, protected by glass barriers. The enormity of its size and the incongruity of its context provoked many surprised second glances and even made passersby stop in their tracks in wonder, which is quite a feat at a bustling train station.
